Welcome to the Youngstown, Ohio, Twin Parent Zone - a place for parents of twins - and higher order multiples - to organize playdates for our children, give support to other parents of multiples, plan social events for the family, and even hold nights out for Moms, Dads and Couples! Our hope is that we can provide a base for the event planning, provide support to our members, and help parents and children form friendships with people who all have something special in common! Do you know someone who has twins, triplets, quads, or more? Let them know about our site! The more people we get together, the better! This group is not associated with any other Twins or Multiples clubs (local, state, or national). This site, and the resulting groups, is designed solely for planning playgroups and social events. However, many of us are members of twins and multiples clubs, and we love to share information with you about those groups as well! (Check out our links page for contact information for some of these groups and other twin-related sites - more to come!!) There currently is no fee, and there is no requirement for meetings or events attended, or anything like that at all - you just have to be a parent of multiples! If you can make it to an event, we'd love to have you! See you there!!! |

They have a great selection of foods you can prep yourself, or pick-up to take home!! This might also be a great thing to plan as a "private party" get-together!
Minnesota has passed a law giving parents the final say aboutwhether their twins are separated or together in a classroom. The first of its kind in the United States, it is sure to have a ripple effect throughout the country. In the July/August edition of Twins Magazine, AmyJo Lennartson reports on how the legislation came into being and the parents who pushed through the legislation. We will post this article later this week. |
